DMEGC collaborates closely with lithium battery teams from Zhejiang University, Shanghai Institute of Silicate Research, and Zhejiang University of Technology to develop a full range of 18650 (2000mAh-3500mAh) and 21700 (3000mAh-5500mAh) products. We excel in the production and application of high-nickel ternary materials and silicon-carbon anodes in cylindrical batteries, earning a strong reputation at both local domestic and global worldwide.

Efficient automatic production line, strict environmental control
The factories are equipped with industry-leading production equipment, which is completely built according to the environment and equipment required by the power battery. Strict temperature, humidity and dust control ensures the reliability, consistency and safety of the products.
5G factory, intelligent manufacturing
The factory builds 5G virtual private network, integrates PLM, SAP, APS, MES, WMS, DCS and other information systems, and establishes application systems such as edge cloud data acquisition system, intelligent logistics and distribution system, machine vision inspection system, intelligent security system and digital twin system based on 5G private network. We realize advanced automatic distribution of in-factory logistics, intelligent production management, traceability and control of the whole quality process, and coordinated manufacturing.
